Vertex Property Management values the confidentiality of our client's and tenancy applicant's data. All information collected follows the Privacy Commissioner's guidelines and adheres to the Privacy Act 1993 and the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

We gather personal details such as your name, contact information, billing details, home and investment property addresses, photo ID (Driver's Licence or Passport), and information pertaining to tenancy applications. This allows us to:

• Verify your identity

• Offer comprehensive property management services and/or casual letting services
   

While some information is optional, providing it ensures we can effectively serve you. Your data is stored securely in encrypted files, accessible only to authorised personnel.

We retain information for as long as necessary and dispose of it securely through digital erasure and physical destruction when no longer needed.
