Once you're ready to proceed, we’ll guide you through a straightforward sign-up process and take care of the rest. Our agreement can be filled in and signed online. It’s a seamless transition designed to take the stress off you from day one.

FREE PROPERTY ASSESSMENT
If you’re based locally, we’ll schedule a time to meet you at your rental. If you’re further away, we can chat over a video call and work with whatever information you’ve got. We’ll check the property’s condition, rental potential, and any opportunities to add value based on our experience and the current market. From there, we’ll put together a tailored management package that suits your needs. Within one business day, we can complete a detailed rental appraisal for you.

COMPLIANCE
We’ll require a completed Healthy Homes compliance statement for your property. If you're uncertain about your property's compliance status, you can find the latest Healthy Homes checklist here. Should any areas need attention, we can recommend a contractor to assess your property. Additionally, if repairs are necessary to meet the standards, we can suggest practical solutions to help your property meet the standards.

SIGN-UP & HANDOVER
We believe in building strong partnerships from the start. When we’re ready to move forward together, the sign-up process is clear and straightforward. We’ll send you the management authority agreement to review and sign online at your convenience. Once signed, we’ll get everything in place quickly.
