  • The routine inspection frequency will be based on your insurance requirements

  • Perform thorough entry and exit inspections to ensure property condition is documented

  • You can use your preferred contractors, or we can arrange the work to be done on your behalf

  • Address maintenance issues promptly to prevent escalation and help minimise your costs

  • We'll create a set of tailored services for you. Our starting rate is 9% on rent collected.
