VIEWINGS AND TENANCY APPLICATIONS
Contact the property manager directly or click the link on the listing to register your interest and make a viewing appointment. Once you have viewed a property, submit your application and we will be in touch.
MOVING IN
After completing any remaining paperwork and formalities, you will receive the keys to your new home.
SIGNING THE TENANCY AGREEMENT
All of the necessary documents including the up-to-date Tenancy Agreement will be emailed to you. Once the agreement is signed and the move-in cost has been paid in full amount, we will organise a time with you to conduct an entry inspection.
YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER
You will have a permanently allocated property manager.
